Open positions
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
As an FDE, you will work hands-on in customer environments to deploy, integrate, and operate SwayOS, turning product capabilities into real value.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and integrate SwayOS and related products in customer environments;
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and resolve on-site issues to keep systems stable;
- Channel customer feedback into product improvements and work with R&D to iterate;
- Write deployment and operations documentation to build reusable delivery playbooks.
Requirements
- Solid Linux and networking skills with hands-on containerization and service deployment;
- Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Python / Shell / Rust);
- Strong communication and customer sense, able to drive delivery independently;
- Experience with operating systems, AI infrastructure, or SaaS delivery is a plus.
R&D Engineer
As an R&D engineer, you will help build the SwayOS core and its upper-layer capabilities, crafting a secure, continuous, and evolvable AI operating system.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core SwayOS modules across system, inference, and agent-collaboration layers;
- Build cross-device, continuous experiences with strong performance, security, and maintainability;
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ship reliable features;
- Take part in code review and technical decisions to raise engineering quality.
Requirements
- Proficient in Rust (or C/C++/Go) with a grasp of systems programming and concurrency;
- Familiar with operating systems, distributed systems, or AI inference infrastructure;
- Strong engineering taste and ownership, pursuing simple and reliable implementations;
- Open-source or OS-related experience is a plus.
Operations Intern
As an operations intern, you will help run day-to-day community and product operations for SwayOS, using content, campaigns, and data to grow awareness and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content and community campaigns to boost brand reach and user engagement;
- Analyze operations data and produce weekly reports with actionable growth recommendations;
- Manage social media and official channels, writing product copy and release notes;
- Work with product and R&D to gather user feedback and track feature requests.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or above, currently enrolled, available 3+ days/week for 3+ months;
- Strong writing and design sense, able to produce content independently;
- Familiar with major social platforms and basic analytics tools;
- Passionate about AI and operating systems, self-driven with clear communication.
